Kylie Jenner has gone all out for her hubby Travis Scott’s 28th birthday, throwing him not one but TWO parties.
For round two, things got pretty wild. Kylie had on-site tattoo artist Jon Boy for their guests to enjoy. But the pair took the time to sit down for some matching tattoos!
