Shane Dawson has been working on a new documentary series following the life of his friend, beauty mogul Jeffree Star.
The series is said to be a sequel to his original, The Secret World of Jeffree Star, and will delve into scandals such as the one that shocked the beauty world: James Charles vs Tati Westbrook.
If you remember, Tati initially threw her former friend James under the bus when she exposed him on her YouTube channel with a video titled “Bye Sister”.
It detailed the way James allegedly betrayed Tati for his own gain.
During the drama, Jeffree decided to throw his two cents in (standard) and take Tati’s side, with a video of his own, explaining how James would exploit straight men.
“Everyone keeps asking me for my RECEIPTS… I have so much to say and some really sad, disgusting things to show you guys. James Charles tried to mass manipulate you all today. When I show you the proof and WHY I tweeted that tweet about him, you will all finally understand.”
Shane’s trailer for the series shows what Jeffree experienced after his exposé of James, crying as he loses a LOT of subscribers.

DRA-MA.
The trailer is dubbed with music so we can’t hear what’s happening, but if you remember at the time Jeffree was hell-bent on exposing James – mainly for going after straight men.
However, Jeffree received an abundance of backlash when James Charles made his own video, detailing his side of the story and how Jeffree was basically a hypocrite.

James played one of Jeffree’s own videos, “The Trith About My Relationship,” where he describes his interest in straight men.
Damn son.
After that video gained James a lot of his subscribers back, people started to turn on Jeffree, prompting him to make an apology video, vowing to stay out of other peoples drama from here on out.
“You guys know me for always sticking up for what I believe in, you know I’m brutally honest on my channel, I’m always keeping it real. has it gotten me into trouble before? Absolutely… sometimes I’ve spoken too much, and I think that this week was definitely one of these scenarios.”
He continued to state that he does not hate James.
“We have a real connection, I loved and cared about him and I definitely think I mishandled that friendship.”
