Netflix dropped their highly anticipated teen rom-com The Perfect Date over the weekend, and all we can say is Laura Marano.
We have to admit, we were most looking forward to Noah Centineo in this movie, but we CANNOT look past Laura’s performance. She put the ‘perfect’ in the perfect date.

The Perfect Date followed Brooks Rattigan (Noah) as he dreams of getting into Yale. He struggles to figure out how he will get there in the first place, but after he is paid to take Celia Lieberman (Laura) to her formal, he has this genius idea.
He becomes a paid chaperone by creating an app with his best mate Murph (Odiseas Georgiadis) and the movie unfurls in the predictable way you’d expect.
Boy meets popular girl – Shelby (Camila Mendes), boy lies to impress popular girl, boy gets caught, boy finds out he really loves Celia Lieberman.
