Strap in kids, The Bold Type is returning in 2020 for season four! Freeform has just released the official first trailer, and we’re not handling it well.

Last season we were left with some unfolding drama that we can’t wait to get stuck right into come the new year.
Tiny Jane (Katie Stevens) has to come to terms with the fact that her boyfriend, Pinstripe, made out with another girl while on his book tour.
Sutton (Meghann Fahy) will try her hand at being a fashion influencer, and Kat (Aisha Dee) will most-likely face more complications with her ex-girlfriend Adena (Nikohl Boosheri).
The show is based on the real-life experiences of Joanna Coles, the former Editor-in-Chief of Cosmopolitan magazine.
Melora has spoken about portraying such a woman before, stating that, “She inspires the whole story. I’ve met her and we’ve become friends, and she’s just a wonderful woman. She is a real woman’s woman, a real advocate. But I’m obviously not playing her, it’s not a biopic. What’s interesting is, she is actually my boss. She is very much the kind of boss that Jacqueline is. She’s not threatening, not competitive. Just very joyful.”
Season one, two and three are available for streaming right now on Stan.
Season four of The Bold Type will return on January 24, 2020.
