We’ve seen many beloved shows canceled over the years, but none have garnered the response in fans that Shadowhunters has.
Aside from the initial RAGE that came with the cancellation news, fans of the show have been nothing but absolutely incredible in their attempts to save the show.
Not only did they create a huge petition to bring it back, but they’ve also started a fundraiser to prove how much the show has meant to them.
Now, however, they’ve taken it NEK-LEVEL.
Fans have managed to buy a freaking plane ad, with the words “# SAVE SHADOWHUNTERS” waving behind in a huge banner, to fly over Netflix HQ.
As of right now, it doesn’t seem like anyone from Netflix has responded to the gesture, however, Shadowhunters showrunner Todd Slavkin saw it and had the best response ever.
“Long live the shadow world fandom,” he tweeted. “You guys are non stop. The #ShadowhunterPlane flew right over our office #soaringthroughthefog #writingthroughthelight #shadowhunters.”
So once again… SAVE SHADOWHUNTERS!!!!
