Riverdale is really starting to fund the Consuelos fam, with Mark Consuelos one of the main stars, and now his son and wife being enlisted on the show!
We already knew that his son Michael had been cast to play a young Hiram Lodge for this weeks flashback episode, but now reports have come in that his wife Kelly Ripa has been cast to play Hiram’s mistress!
Kelly broke the news on an Instagram post, writing, “It’s a family affair. Hiram’s mistress. 23 years of auditioning for a role I was born to play.”
According to Us Weekly, Kelly’s character, Mrs. Mulwray, is “a beautiful, icy femme fatale who gets caught up in a conspiracy that’s much bigger than she initially realized.”
We can already see a catfight between her and Veronica Lodge – aka Marisol Nicolls coming!
