In case you (somehow) missed it, the epic trailer for the third season of 13 Reasons Why has dropped. The intense teen-drama has always touched on hard-hitting and confronting scenes, but nobody expected this new season to touch on a murder mystery.
During the trailer, viewers are faced with the fact that abuser, Bryce Walker (Justin Prentice), has been killed.
In a promo that is more Pretty Little Liars that what we’re used to with this show, we’re pushed to guess who on earth killed Bryce? Well, now fans believe they may know.

One of the main suspects of Bryce Walker’s murder is none other than the beloved mechanic and theorised guardian angel, Tony Padilla (Christian Navarro).
It all started when Christian posted the below photo of his epic #hairtransformation.
Christian dyed his hair blonde way back in March, but it’s the photo’s caption that has brought his sudden hair change into question about the new season.
Christian captioned the post, “S4 isn’t a secret any longer. But season 3 has a few secrets you’re gonna wanna unravel. August 23rd. Is my hair blonde? Black? Do i have hair? Have I ever had hair? All will be revealed.”
HMMM. Ok, so what’s the go here?
Fans are wondering if Tony (Christian) is teasing that he might have had to disguise himself in the show after MURDERING Bryce!
Yes, it’s a massive reach – but the fans have spoken.
Clearly, Christian is teasing SOMETHING – whether it has to do with hair or murder… we’ll just have to wait and see.
Netflix has also released the official synopsis for the upcoming season.
“Eight months after preventing Tyler from committing an unthinkable act at Spring Fling, Clay, Tony, Jessica, Alex, Justin, and Zach find ways to shoulder the burden of the cover-up together while helping Tyler move toward recovery. Entertainment Weekly dished that the third season will also feature newcomer Grace Saif who will play new character Ani, “a pivotal role in telling the season’s story.”
Without giving us a chance to breathe, Netflix went on to share that the hit show has been renewed for a fourth season focusing on the gang’s graduation from Liberty High and will serve as the show’s FINAL season EVER.
13 Reasons Why season 3 premieres August 23, only on Netflix.
