Ah, a rumour. It always starts with a rumour. Last night’s episode of Married At First Sight saw the couples celebrate their one month anniversary, but that was quickly interrupted by a pesky rumour that had made its way around the remaining couples. Nic surprised Cyrell with the revelation that Jessika told Martha that Nic touched her leg under the table at the last dinner party.
“I just ran into Martha in the lobby and another rumour has started but I’m involved this time. According to Jess, I was rubbing her legs up under the dining table at the dinner party. I was like ‘That’s fu**ing news to me,” he tells Cyrell. “Were you rubbing her leg?” Cyrell asks. “Do you swear to me you weren’t?”
Nic promises he wasn’t. The two then storm into Jess and Mick’s room to confront Jess about the rumour. “I told Martha that at the dinner party you’d rubbed my leg but that was because Mick was over talking to Heidi and I was looking down. And you rubbed my leg and I looked at you and you were like, ‘Are you OK’. And that’s all it was,” says Jess.
“Why is Martha making it like it was more sexual than that? Go get the b*tch now, I’m sick of this sh*t,” Cyrell demands.
All hell breaks loose when the four then enter Martha and Michael’s room.
