It’s officially over.
Aussie actor Liam Hemsworth filed for divorce from Miley Cyrus on Wednesday citing irreconcilable differences, meaning their marriage seems to be well and truly donezo.
Despite it very much looking like Miley was the one who pulled the plug to begin with, sources from the Miley’s camp have since come out and said Liam filing for divorce has ‘disappointed’ the Mother’s Daughter singer.

“She didn’t expect it and is a bit disappointed, but she is still doing well and has obviously moved on as well,” the source told PEOPLE magazine, the publication that was the first to hear from the celebrity couple’s rep following their split.
“What she and Liam had for a long time was very special,” the source continued.
“It’s just hard for her to think that she will never have this again with Liam.
“There are really so many things that she loves about him.”

Miley, 26, and Liam, 29, met on the set of The Last Song when they were just teenagers, and had an on-again-off-again romance for nearly ten years before eventually tying the knot in December last year at the family home in Tennesee.
Since the split, Miley has been linked to The Hills: New Beginnings star Kaitlynn Carter, who announced her own separation from husband Brody Jenner around the same time as Miley and Liam went public with their news.
While Liam filed for divorce, it would seem that the split was instigated by miss Miley Cyrus.
A source from RadarOnline last week revealed that the Australian actor is “heartbroken” over losing her, and was blind-sided by her new public fling with Kaitlynn.
“Liam’s heartbroken, and his family cannot believe she is flaunting this for the world to see,” the source revealed.
Despite nasty comments and rumours flying from left, right and centre, a source confirmed to PEOPLE that the couple – who both have mini fortunes of their own – signed a prenuptial agreement before their marriage, so the divorce isn’t expected to get messy when it comes to money…just feelings.
