Taking to his Instagram the 40-year-old former pro basketball player announced that he had proposed to his girlfriend, Sabrina Parr.

“Introducing my new fiancé!! Soon to be Mrs. Parr-Odom. She the ONE!!!! @getuptoparr,” Lamar wrote on Instagram.
