Khloé Kardashian welcomed her first child, a daughter named True Thompson, on April 12th following a devastating week-long exposé of her boyfriend Tristan Thompson’s multiple affairs.
Several publications including TMZ and The Daily Mail released photos and videos showing the NBA Star cheating on his then-pregnant girlfriend while he was away from their home in Cleveland for games.
Nearly two weeks since the reports broke, Khloé has shared a thinly-veiled message about happiness on her blog.
In a post dedicated to her famous siblings, titled “My Wish For All My Siblings,” Khloé said she hopes for their happiness and encouraged her followers to prioritize their own happiness above all else.
“I genuinely wish for all of my siblings that they find everlasting happiness in all that they do!” she wrote.
“Life is short, and at times, we put so many others before us, but one of our priorities should be our own happiness,” she continued. “Once you have that, it trickles down to everyone around us. I sincerely wish happiness and peace to my sisters and brother.”
Her comments about prioritising happiness above anything else echoes reports that she is not ready to give up on her relationship with Tristan for the sake of their daughter.
“Medically, she could leave Cleveland now — it’s her choice to stay,” a source has told People Magazine. “She isn’t ready to give up on her relationship with Tristan. She’s still very torn. She doesn’t want to make a decision right now.”
“This was supposed to be the happiest time in her life,” the source continues. “But she is still extremely disappointed with Tristan and isn’t sure she can trust him again.”
Khloé has only posted once about her daughter, choosing not to address the controversy in her Instagram post.
Instead, she shared a photo of her living room that was adorned with pink balloons and flowers.
“Our little girl, True Thompson, has completely stolen our hearts and we are overwhelmed with LOVE. Such a blessing to welcome this angel into the family! Mommy and Daddy loooooove you True!” she captioned the post.
