Disney is set to debut HSM as a new tv series, on a yet-to-be-named streaming service! The show will be available in 2019, and now, they’ve gotten themselves their writer and executive producer – Tim Federle!
Tim is the writer of YA novels, as as the animated movie Ferdinand. He also wrote the musical libretto for Tuck Everlasting on Broadway, so yeah, he can do musicals.
