The final Fantastic Beasts trailer proves that Dumbledore and Grindelwald were gay

Mainly over the fact that 20-gayteen just keeps getting better and better, because it has just been (again) confirmed that young Dumbledore and young Grindelwald were SO in love.

Come @ us non-believers.

In the trailer, we see more about Jude Law’s character of Dumbledore, and Johnny Depp’s character of Grindelwald. As we know from the Harry Potter books, something went seriously down between the two back in the day.

The trailer shows Newt asking Dumbledore why he has to be the one to defeat Grindelwald, to which Dumbledore replies, “I cannot move against Grindelwald. It has to be you.”

We’re then offered a brief flashback of an even younger Dumbledore looking into the Mirror of Erised, in which he sees Grindelwald.

Yes, what he most desires is Grindelwald.

Fans have obviously gone HAM for this little bit of info.
