The Avengers saga may be over but Marvel Studios is hard at work gearing up for the next phase of blockbusters.
This time around the studios behind our fave flicks are apparently eyeing yet another Fantastic Four reboot.
If you can remember the last reboot effort in 2015 it was NOT received well. It now currently holds a mere 9% score on Rotten Tomatoes…
Relive that moment in cinematic history below:
We will forever although remember the iconic 2005 original film which starred Jessica Alba and gave Chris Evans his first Marvel role before becoming “America’s greatest ass” (if you have seen Endgame you will get the reference).
Well, now Marvel has a HUGE advantage considering the characters are actually part of the greater MCEU after Disney’s acquisition of 20th Century Fox.
According to The GWW fans can apparently expect the film to arrive sometime in 2022.
As for what it might be about, there is no word just yet but possible director, Matthew Vaughn would be interested in creating a “live-action Incredibles film” version of the heroes with family being the primary focus.
Only time will tell Fantastic Four fans! Stay tuned for more details as it comes.
