The fifth and final season for The Originals is coming, and the trailer only just dropped this week.
And while fans are so happy to see it (and so sad that it’s ending) they’re more bummed about one specific thing… WHERE THE F IS CAROLINE FORBES?
We all know that the only thing (sorry!!!) holding that show together was the possibility of Klaus and Caroline reuniting, and the fact that there was no #Klaroline interaction in the trailer has worried many fans.
Last month, showrunner Julie Plec revealed that she would make “no promises” about the characters reuniting. “Of course there’s still that electricity between them,” she said. “That’s always going to exist. No promises of where that goes, but it’s nice to see again.”
Stop teasing us fam.
But there’s hope! Entertainment Weekly shared a still image of the two reuniting! Thank tha vampire lord.
Now we can all breathe easy.
The Originals premieres on Friday, April 20.
