Emma Watson Admits She Used To Do A Super Embarrassing Thing While Filming ‘Harry Potter’

Emma Watson just admitted the most cringey and embarrassing thing from her Harry Potter days, but it just makes us love her more! Turns out she really is the perfect Hermione because she used to learn Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint’s lines, correcting them and helping them to the point she got in trouble. Yep, Emma used to MOUTH Daniel and Rupert’s lines to them during readings (and probably over the camera mans shoulder).

Jimmy Kimmel had Emma on his show and confronted her with the footage of her doing it (seriously, you MUST watch it it’s brilliant) and asked her to explain why she was being such a Hermione to them. 

“This is actually quite traumatic for me because I created issues because of this,” Emma admitted going red in the face while laughing, “Yes! ‘Cause I would ruin takes! First [the directors] would be like, ‘Cut! Emma, you’re doing it again. You’re mouthing Dan’s lines.’ And I’d be like, ‘Ooh! I’m so sorry! So sorry! Oh, I feel so bad!'”

The reasons he did it wasn’t because she was bossy though, she just LOVED the Harry Potter books and her job so much: “I couldn’t help myself, it was like, I was such a loser. I really loved those books, I really wanted to do my job well, and I kind of overdid it,”
