Sorry Archieverse fans, we have some more bad news to break to you. Netflix just cancelled The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. And no, we’re not okay, either.
According to TVLine, the streaming supergiant has decided to cancel the spooky teen thriller, just days after pulling out on Riverdale spin-off Katy Keene. The show will air its final eight episodes later this year, ending at the end of Part 4.
And, tbh, we’re still in shock. Just like all these other fans on Twitter who are questioning why The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina was cancelled when Riverdale still exists.
Sources tell TVLine that in the final episodes, “The Eldritch Terrors will descend upon Greendale.”
“The coven must fight each terrifying threat one-by-one (The Weird, The Returned, The Darkness, to name a few), all leading up to… The Void, which is the End of All Things. As the witches wage war, with the help of The Fright Club, Nick begins to slowly earn his way back into Sabrina’s heart, but will it be too late?”
