Channel Seven’s explosive show Bride & Prejudice is back, as five more couples set out to convince their disapproving family that the love of their lives is the real deal.
In a nutshell, we have a group of very in love people face off against their loved ones on television in a series of therapy sessions – so yeah, you can expect there to be DRAMA.
On season three of Bride & Prejudice, newly engaged couple Dannii and Denton can’t wait to walk down the aisle. Dannii wants her mother, Donna, there and by her side, but Donna doesn’t think Denton is ‘the one’.

24-year-old Dannii met 27-year-old Denton when they were both working at the local RSL club. According to Dannii, Denton was a “massive flirt”, who used to wink at her from across the bar.
“I’m not going to deny that I was a massive flirt, but I am going to deny the winking, it didn’t happen,” argues Denton playfully.
Opening up about how Denton popped the question, Dannii revealed that it happened while the couple were enjoying a romantic holiday in the Philippines.
“We were on Palawan Island. It was beautiful. One night, we were having drinks and dinner and there was a band playing, so I got up and started dancing,” recalls Dannii.
“Denton came over to join me. He was dancing and then got down on one knee and proposed in front of everyone. It was magical.”
It would be a happy story if Dannii’s mother – Donna – approved of the private-schooled Denton.
“I love Dannii to pieces, but I just worry about her,” says Donna.
“She’s had a lot go on in her life in the last 12 months with losing her dad. I really don’t think that she’s ready for this commitment.
“Denton’s a spoilt little rich kid. He needs to pull his head in and grow up. I think Dannii needs to be with a real man because Denton needs to get some balls. Denton is overweight; he’s a cocky little asshole with a cocky hairstyle.”
