Tessa and Hardin are pictured in bed together on the new poster, which reads “can love overcome the past?” Given the first film's exploration of their very ~passionate~ relationship, we’re not too surprised their more intimate moments are going to be a big part of the second film. That said, based on trailers thus far, it’s not all going to be smooth sailing for Tessa and Hardin.
Dylan Sprouse’s character Trevor seems like he could definitely shake things up for the pair, meanwhile, Tessa is featured in the moody teaser yelling, "There is no 'your Tessa' anymore!" We can’t tell if this means a break up is on the horizon or maybe just very emotional make-up sex?
By far the most exciting development though is that we can now put September 10th in the diary for when After We Collided will finally be hitting movie theatres. A producer currently working on the film previously explained that the film's release had been delayed by the pandemic.
"They haven’t given us a date yet," she wrote. "It’s because theaters have not been given the okay yet to open. The virus is making everything take longer," she continued. Hopefully, the new release dates we have will still be good to go a few months from now. We need to know what happens with Hessa.
