Attention Hessa fans, there’s finally been an update on when the After movie sequel After We Collided is going to arrive on Netflix. The steamy teen romance film, starring Josephine Langford, Hero Fiennes Tiffin, and Dylan Sprouse is heading to the streaming platform in the U.S. on December 22, which has us thinking that we could see in on the Australian roster verrrryyy soon.
For those who missed it—not sure how that could have happened TBH—the second film in the beloved After series, After We Collided, came out to a hugely enthusiastic reception on the 10th of September, earlier this year.
If it is (hopefully) landing on Australian Netflix soon, it will actually be a little earlier than first anticipated. The first film only made it’s way onto the streaming service six months after it’s initial cinema release, but given its popularity, we reckon it makes sense they’d debut it sooner.
A producer currently working on the film previously explained that the film’s release had been delayed by the pandemic.
“They haven’t given us a date yet,” she wrote. “It’s because theaters have not been given the okay yet to open. The virus is making everything take longer,” she continued.
