Before Riverdale ever aired, we all made our assumptions about each and every character.
Camila Mendes' Veronica Lodge was immediately dubbed the "Blair Waldorf," insinuating that she would be rich, bitchy and trouble.
Although... that wasn't the case at all.
Veronica has been sweet, loyal and absolutely caring towards all her friends.
But, we do know that before she was sweet Veronica living in Riverdale, she was trouble in New York, and it looks like season two of the show will bring that dark side of her back.
Maybe it's because her father, who was such a big part of her old life will be returning, but during Comic Con over the weekend, it was revealed that it's somebody else that will bring that side of her out.
His name is Nick St. Clair, and he will cause a lot of trouble when he comes to Riverdale.
Camila herself has admitted that "dark Veronica is way darker than dark Betty." That's pretty damn dark, considering that dark Betty nearly damn killed somebody in a hot tub...
It's reported that Nick will do something bad to Veronica, in episode 5 of season 2, and it will once again bring all the girls of Riverdale together to help fight against it.
Hopefully whatever happens doesn't affect Veronica's relationship with Archie, because BOY does he need support right now, and with the whole #Bughead drama ft. newcomer Toni Topaz going down, we aren't sure we could handle our second favourite ship to end.
