Kim Kardashian West just celebrated her husband Kanye West’s 43rd birthday with an adorable throwback to when they first started dating.
On the 9th of June, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star shared a pair of pics on Instagram of the two dressed in all black—Kim in a black silk sleeveless cocktail dress and Kanye in a loose and half buttoned up black linen shirt—to celebrate the big day.
According to The Daily Mail, the reality TV star said that when the photos were taken, Kardashian had just found out she was pregnant with her daughter North, and was starting to panic. She then called Kanye to come all the way to London to see her Kardashian Kollection and calm her nerves. Talk about a cute romantic bonding moment for the couple.
“Fun fact about this pic,” she recalled, according to The Daily Mail, “’I just found out I was pregnant with North and made Kanye fly to London for my Kardashian Kollection appearance because I was freaking out! He took me out to [Chinese restaurant Hakkasan] and then [ice-cream shop Häagen-Dazs] to make me feel better.’
KUWTK fan-favourite and friend of the Kardashian family Simon Huck replied with a trio of blue hearts. Paris Hilton slid in the comments to send the Jesus Is King rapper a group of emoji balloons. Nicki Minaj emphatically wrote in all caps, “HAPPY BIRTHDAY KANYE.”
