Khloé Kardashian has jumped on Twitter to let everyone know, she’s also surprised by those rumours about her sudden engagement.
Earlier in the month the Kardashian sister debuted a new hairstyle, celebrated her birthday and has apparently made up with her ex, Tristan Thompson. The couple share a daughter, True, but have had a pretty rocky romantic relationship involving multiple instances of cheating on Thompson’s part.
Last week, we got our first inkling the pair might be back together. Reports said that the pair were, “giving their relationship another try.” They added that “Tristan is working hard to prove himself and has been a great dad to True.”
Thompson attended Khloé’s birthday party where the two were apparently acting like they were back together. The cute snaps from this little celebration are actually what sparked the engagement rumours. Fans started their speculating after seeing a giant ring on Khloé’s finger. Even Jonathan Cheban commented on the post “Does that [ring] come with [sunglasses]? blinded by the light!”
Well, you might wanna lower your expectations for the next season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians because there’s probably isn’t an engagement or marriage on the cards any time soon.
While she didn’t refer to the rumours directly, Khloé’s pretty much shut them down with a series of tweets. “Wait…what? lol,” she wrote in a Tweet. “I just came online and I’m even confused lol,” she continued. “Basically my daily thoughts about 2020. But for real… wtf lol people just be talking,” she said, apparently in relation to the engagement rumours. And then in a fourth tweet: “Quarantine has us all going 🤪🤪.”
Despite the unofficial status so far, it does seem like the couple is having a better time co-parenting and in their relationship. Thompson recently shared a sweet birthday tribute to Khloé, saying, “I’m wise enough now to know, you came into my life to show me just what it means to be an incredible person. I appreciate how I am able to learn from and grow because of you. I thank God for the beautiful and loving woman you are to everyone, especially our daughter True. You deserve the world Koko! True and I love you mama. Happy Birthday @khloekardashian ❤️🥳.”
