Over the years, the Kardashian/Jenner family’s living situations have changed rather drastically, since Kris Jenner’s home was first shown on Keeping Up with the Kardashians in 2007.
In 13 years, a lot can change—and since the Kardashian/Jenners have grown older and more successful, their homes have come to reflect that success.
Kris Jenner, for example, moved out from her one-floor bungalow when KUWTK began to take off, and now splits her time between two mansions—one in Calabasas, and one in the exclusive California enclave of Palm Springs.
Kim Kardashian West, meanwhile, has had a major interior design reinvention, to reflect the aesthetic tastes of herself and her husband, Kanye West. The home they share with their four children is characteristically minimal, with spaces created by renowned Belgian interior designer Axel Vervoordt.
Though you might think you’ve seen everything there is to see, scroll down for a glimpse inside the palatial homes owned by the Kardashian/Jenner family.
Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s house
Kim and Kanye’s sprawling Calabasas home began to attract attention online in mid-2018, when Kardashian West began to share images from inside its cavernous white hallways.

The home, which was partially designed by famous Belgian designer Axel Vervoordt, has almost exclusively ivory fittings, even down to the chairs, tables, and sculptures that adorn the hallways.

The home also contains this piano room, which West often uses to house romantic gestures for his wife. For example, for Valentine’s Day in February 2019, he hired acclaimed saxophonist Kenny G to serenade his wife among hundreds of individually-glassed red roses.

The Wests showed off their home’s master bathroom in a video interview in April 2019, which involves a deep, plunging bathtub and a scenic outlook—as well as a rather perplexing set of bathroom sinks, which KKW later had to take to Instagram to debunk.

Though the rest of the home may be minimal, Kardashian West’s closet is definitely not. The 39-year-old often shares pictures inside her store-like walk-in wardrobe, which houses vintage gowns, off-the-runway clothes, and countless Hermès ‘Birkin’ handbags.

Kendall Jenner’s house
When she’s not travelling around the world working as a model, Kendall Jenner resides in a $10+ million home in Beverly Hills, California, which was once owned by actor Charlie Sheen.

Though Jenner purchased the house in 2017, her privacy means she’s only shared a few glimpses inside. However, in December 2019, the model shared video footage from inside the house to her Instagram story, showing off her Christmas decorations.

Kylie Jenner’s house
Kylie Jenner’s home is located near her sisters’ and mothers’ residences in Calabasas. Though she’s only shown the inside of her home a handful of times, it often appears in the background of her Instagram photos.

Jenner eventually showed off her home’s interior in the March 2019 issue of Architectural Digest. Jenner is said to have purchased the home for around $11 million, but following her extensive renovations, we’re sure it’s worth much more now.

With her successful company, Kylie Cosmetics, making her a bona-fide beauty mogul, it’s only fitting that Jenner’s ‘glam room’ has all the bells and whistles. Like the rest of her sisters, Jenner is known for employing a ‘glam team’ most days of the week, to produce professional beauty and hair looks with a moment’s notice.

Jenner famously shared the Calabasas home with her ex-boyfriend, Travis Scott, who she split from in October 2019. She also shared the home with her close friend, model Jordyn Woods, who has since moved out.

Like the rest of her family members, Jenner’s closet is next-level, and features an entire room dedicated to designer handbags. The 22-year-old even released a video discussing the most sentimental pieces in her closet, which you can watch below.

Kourtney Kardashian’s house
As the eldest of her sisters, Kourtney lives with her three children in a Calabasas mansion that she helped to design. The home features an expansive swimming pool, and its backyard enjoys panoramic views over a canyon.

Kardashian’s home features eclectic interiors, with a more mid-century feel than her sisters’ homes. In 2017, her interior decorator, Martyn Lawrence Bullard, told Architectural Digest: “We wanted to make it sophisticated but family-friendly. She’s all about her kids.”

Unlike Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian West’s homes, Kourtney’s kitchen integrates plenty of wood and eclectic accessories, which are complemented by unevenly laid stone floors.

As for Kardashian’s bedroom décor, the mother-of-three opted for plush, tonal accessories in a grey theme, with a large Moroccan carpet.

However, one thing Kardashian shares with her sisters is a knack for organisation, especially in her kitchen. As a lover of healthy eating, her pantry is perfectly organised, with not a hint of mess or disarray in sight.

0Kris Jenner’s house
Kris Jenner’s home has featured prominently in Keeping Up with the Kardashians ever since she moved in in 2008. However, many fans don’t know that the home exterior used in the show is actually a decoy (with the stand-in home selling for upwards of $8 million in 2019), and that her real home exterior was concealed for safety reasons.

Much of Jenner’s home is on display in KUWTK, but one part isn’t—her enormous handbag closet, featuring vintage and hard-to-find pieces by Judith Lieber, Hermès, and a rare handbag gifted to her by Karl Lagerfeld.

In addition to her Calabasas home, Jenner purchased a second home in Palm Springs, California for over $14 million. The home is located in close proximity to the Coachella Valley, meaning it’s in a prime position for the popular music festival.
