YouTuber Emma Chamberlain may only be 19-years-old but she already owns her own multi-million-dollar mansion. But, what exactly does the inside of it look like?
Inside Emma Chamberlain’s multi-million-dollar home
Emma Chamberlain’s LA home was originally built in 2016 for an original listing price of $3,985,000 USD, approximately $5,584,244 AUD. The teen influencer bought the property—on her own—for $3,900,000 USD, which is approximately $5,465,132.
According to AnyHome, the home comes with four bedrooms and five bathrooms and takes up 378.5 square meters.
The place is designed with an open floor plan with each bedroom converted into a different space with an ensuite bathroom tied to each (the bedroom closest to the front door is used as an office space), and leading to the main part of the house: the living room.
The living room is a modern luxury, featuring a gas fireplace, pocket sliding glass doors to the backyard, while the backyard features a pool, another open seating area and gas fireplace. Upstairs is home to three more bedrooms, including the master bedroom, or as I call it her real pièce de résistance. I’m talking, a large picture window facing her neighbours, a gorgeously naturally lit bathroom with his and her sinks, and a walk-in master closet with a skylight.
All in all, it kinda seems like the dream room in the dream place. But, that’s not to say the huge home doesn’t come with a price. Chamberlain pays $47,000 USD (or $65,870 AUD) to taxes and $16,000 ($22,424 AUD) to insurance per year, meaning she has to pay $64,000 (or $89,696 AUD)—basically what most people earn in a year—just to live in the place she owns.
