Inside the $12 million L.A. home Demi Lovato just sold

If you ever dreamed of living like a successful Disney star, then please turn to page 33 of your textbooks: Demi Lovato’s multi-million-dollar estate. The house was recently put on the market and sold for an enormously high price, and all we can say is move over Zendaya and James Charles, there’s a new house we’re trying to Bong Joon-Ho’s Parasite our way into.

According to Los Angeles Times, Lovato recently sold her Los Angeles three-storey home for a whooping $8.25 million USD (or for us Aussies, $11,872,467.75…).

Situated above Chateau Marmont and Sunset Boulevard, the Camp Rock star’s gated one-acre home has a breathtaking view of the city and ocean. The exterior has a simple and chic black and white aesthetic that helps bring to life the bold white walls, light hardwood and beige and creamy furniture in the interior.

The first floor features a double-height living room, chef’s kitchen and glass walls. The second floor is home to a master suite with a “sitting room” and bath, as well as three and six other bedrooms and bathrooms. We wonder what Lovato uses all those extra rooms for… Maybe a recording studio? An office? A library? A personal Bikram Yoga studio?

Topping it off, the top floor of Lovato’s former home includes a bar, media room, a gorgeous rooftop terrace overlooking Los Angeles, with views of the backyard, ‘Z’ shaped pool and spa.
