Alli Simpson has finally revealed her plans for new music, and we’re so excited that our wait is almost over. Oh, and she updated us on her relationship status too!

After she was exposed underneath the Lightning costume on The Masked Singer, Cody Simpson’s younger sister spoke to Hughesy, Ed and Erin on 2DayFM’s The Morning Crew to discuss her time on the show.
The 23-year-old was refreshingly candid during her interview, and she revealed to the radio hosts that her brother found out about her Masked Singer appearance by accident.
“Well, I was planning on not telling him, but he is here on the coast. He eventually figured it out because he knew I was in Sydney,” she shared.
After her incredible performance on the show, Erin Molan asked Alli the question we have all been dying to know about the possibility of new music.

It appears the wait is almost over because the singer has announced she will be releasing a new single in the next two weeks.
The song is called I Love You More Than You Know, and Alli teased, “It’s a nice song. It’s like a bittersweet type of song.”
However, things quickly took a juicy turn when Hughesy asked Alli if she was in a relationship at the moment.
She candidly replied, “I am not actually. I am single.”
Alli, who revealed she was dating her real estate agent boyfriend Mitchell Lambert in December 2021, explained to Hughesy that they broke up after a year.
“I had been with him for a few months; it was really fresh last time I spoke to you guys. So, yeah, we were together for a year.”
Earlier this year, it seemed the couple was stronger than ever when they revealed their renovation plans to the Gold Coast Bulletin in March.
Mitchell spoke to the publication about the project, and he said, “It’s a natural coincidence that it came about. It’s a really unique property, and it is an exciting step for us.”
We may never know what happened between the two, but from Alli’s admission about her new single, it doesn’t seem like they ended on dramatic terms.
