The sister of the former One Direction star married her boyfriend Martin Tiser back in September this year in a traditional Nikkah ceremony in Bradford, however, Zayn was NOWHERE to be seen.

Flying very under the radar, last week snaps went up on Instagram of Safaa in a pink dress showing a baby bump, while wearing a sash that read: ‘It’s a baby girl’.

The pictures looked to be taken from a family celebration, but once again Zayn doesn’t seem to be in attendance.

Teenage Safaa is still in her sixth form at school but clearly doesn’t feel too young to tie the knot or be a mother.

In a slightly shocking move, it seems not only did Zayn snub the wedding of his sister, but he also didn’t attend the baby shower. While we know Zayn is based in the US, we still think he could have hopped on a plane…that’s just us though.

It is unknown how long Safaa and Martin have been in a relationship – or how far along Safaa is in her pregnancy – but they do seem really loved-up!

While Zayn was a no-show both times, he does support his family financially. In the film about the band, One Direction: This Is Us, Zayn bought his family a house Bradford and even gave his mother a wage.

Crying as he gave her the keys, she said: “We never had enough money to buy own house. We always lived in rented accommodation, so Zayn knew how very important it was for me to have my own place.”

Only two years ago Zayn helped his mother open a beauty salon that’s run by her and fashion blogger Doniya and Waliyha. At the time, a source close to Zayn told The Sun: “Zayn is putting up the cash because he reckons it is a sound business idea.

“The family hope that this will be the first of many in the area and hopefully across the country.

“Zayn may be an international superstar, but he is incredibly close to his family and will do anything he can to help them.”
