Production of highly anticipated Pretty Little Liars spinoff The Perfectionists is well underway and we were recently #blessed with the first ever cast footage.

Sasha Pieterse and Janel Parrish will reprise their roles as Alison DiLaurentis and Mona Vanderwaal (respectively) but they are the only OG stars that will be included in the next chapter of the franchise… or are they?
The IRL Spencer Hastings, Troian Bellisario was just asked if she would be interested in directing an episode of the series and she seemed keen AF.
“I know they already told me, which I would be delighted to do, ‘You can come and direct an episode,’” she shared with ET this week.
“And I was like, ‘That would be so much fun!’”
She was then asked the million dollar question: will Spencer appear in the show?
“Oh, I don’t know…” Troian said. “They have a whole new wonderful group of people working on The Perfectionists and I don’t know…if Ali and Mona are showing up in this world, I have no idea who else would show up.”
