WATCH: Miley reveals she is still very attracted to women

The 26-year-old “Mother’s Daughter” singer revealed to Elle that it was her sexual awakening that led to her huge decision to leave the hit Disney series.

After being asked by the publication if she ever felt like ditching her breakthrough role whilst still working on the show, Cyrus shared “I did once I was 18 because it felt ridiculous. The minute I had sex, I was kind of like, I can’t put the f*cking wig on again. It got weird. It just felt like… I was grown up. ”

The She Is Coming star also went on to share that she is only human and never intended on “crushing” her young fans image of the character.

“One time I went backstage at Disneyland, and Peter Pan was smoking a cigarette. And I was like, “That’s me. That’s the kind of dreams I’m crushing.” That’s how everyone felt with the bong video, but I’m not a Disney mascot. I’m a person” said the pop queen.

We wonder if the reported Hannah Montana reboot will go ahead following this revelation as it seems Miley has truly outgrown her Disney alter-ego.

Perhaps Ashley O from Black Mirror is the more grown-up version of the “Best of Both Worlds” character.

In the candid interview, Miley went on to discuss her “complex” relationship with actor husband Liam Hemsworth and how she is still attracted to women.

“I’m in a hetero relationship, but I still am very sexually attracted to women. People become vegetarian for health reasons, but bacon is still fucking good, and I know that. I made a partner decision. This is the person I feel has my back the most. I definitely don’t fit into a stereotypical wife role. I don’t even like that word” said Miley.
