IT’S HAPPENING!
In just a few hours Disney will be paying honouring one of its most iconic movies The Little Mermaid with a live special, and the cast is AMAZING.

The special was announced way back in 2017, and since then we have all been anxiously awaiting to see who will be bringing to life one of our favourite childhood films.
According to ABC, the 2-hour special will “take viewers on a magical adventure under the sea as live musical performances by a star-studded cast will be interwoven into the broadcast of the original feature film.”

When does it air?
The Little Mermaid Live! will air on November 5 at 8 pm ET – which makes it 12 pm (midday) November 6 EST.
Who is in it?
The cast for The Little Mermaid Live! is absolutely stacked with A-lister talent – including the always amazing Queen Latifah as Ursula.
Playing the role of the mermaid Ariel is Auli’i Cravalho, who was also the powerhouse voice behind ‘Moana’.
Meanwhile TV dad John Stamos will be portraying Chef Louis and 90’s hero Shaggy will play Jamaican crab, Sebastian.
As for Prince Eric, how cartoon crush will be played by Riverdale’s Graham Phillips.
