It appears eliminated contestant Helena Sauzier is still harbouring some resentment towards Matt Agnew!
After he sent her packing during last night’s drama-filled episode, the French beauty unleashed on the astrophysicist, admitting she’s still furious Dr. Agnew forgot everything about her, despite making it to the top three!
“There were some things that weren’t shown and he didn’t just forget the French thing. I had told him about my job so many times and he asked what my occupation was again when we had literally been speaking about it two days before. My heart just broke when he forgot,” she said this morning on KIIS FM’s Kyle and Jackie O Show.
Helena went on to admit the 32-year-old put little effort into strengthening their connection and, as a result, she “didn’t feel important at all”.

Tension reached boiling point last week when she threatened to quit the series after Matt forgot intimate details about their first meeting. Although it looked like she was mildly overreacting, Helena says we weren’t privy to a lot of the drama that went on behind the scenes.
“I don’t know how much I am allowed to go into it but he forgot our meeting on the red carpet, then he got my occupation incorrect — he asked if I was a theatre nurse and I was like, what? Wrong girl,” the health coach told The Daily Telegraph.
“And he also forgot where I was from, Mauritius, and that had formed the basis of so many conversations we had over dates and stuff. So him getting three things in a row wrong — my heart kind of sank. My whole family was kind of like, this is not a good sign. My feelings were strong then I took him getting all the above wrong as a sign that the feelings weren’t being reciprocated.”
After all the drama at the hometowns (not to mention their super-uncomfortable final date), it was hardly a surprise that Matt farewelled Helena in part one of the Bachelor finale.
“I’m obviously devastated, but I’m also just in a place where I’m understanding of his decision. I feel like I did and said enough. Yeah, I was myself. I’m not one to be overly gushy and overly romantic, so I was myself at all times and I don’t regret anything,” she revealed tearlessly after failing to receive a rose.
“Saying goodbye to Helena was the right thing,” said Matt as he watched her limo pull away. “I want someone who is certain they want me as I am and someone who is willing to work for a relationship and not run away when things get tough. I had to follow my own heart.”
The pair’s final date gave some pretty massive indicators that Helena wasn’t going to make it to top two.
“As much as I’m enjoying myself with Helena, there is the elephant in the room of her home town that we really need to address,” Matt explained in a piece to camera. “I’d just love to know where her head’s at now so we can just move on.”
Alas, she copped the boot, leaving Abbie Chatfield and Chelsie McLeod as the last two ladies standing!
