For those who are yet to watch the brilliance which is Sex Education, the show follows Otis (Asa Butterfield) and Maeve (Emma Mackey) who begin to doll out sex advice to all the equally as confused teens in their school based on the what Otis has learnt from his sex therapist mother – portrayed by the truly brilliant Gillian Anderson

The show isn’t just entertaining, but it tackles some of the real issues teens face when it comes to the awkwardness of sex, as well as not shying away from topics such as LGBTQ+ teens, consent and toxic masculinity with the kind of quirky British humour that makes it so relatable and touching.
