Sarah Hyland has come out and shared some relationship advice for Gigi Hadid following the news that the supermodel is currently dating Bachelorette alumni Tyler Cameron – and it’s dating guidance we can all take on board.
Sarah, 28, and Gigi, 24, are both dating men from the cult reality TV show, so naturally, Entertainment Tonight asked the Modern Family actress how she felt The Bachelorette shaped her fiance, Wells Adams.

“What I noticed with Wells when we first started talking, when we were texting all the time and even when we started dating in person, everything seemed to move really fast and I would make the joke a lot of, ‘I’m so glad that he did The Bachelorette because it’s almost like relationship boot camp,'” Sarah told ET on Thursday.
“It makes you open up faster, makes you more vulnerable to where you get to the really heavy s–t. Whereas normally that would take you, like, six months to get into.”
Sarah continied: “Once you get to that point you’re like, ‘Oh f–k. This isn’t working anymore and it’s a waste of six months.’ So my advice [is] trust the process.”
So what can we take away from this little nugget wisdom? Don’t be afraid to open up and be vulnerable from the get-go, and just trust the process!
After all, the worst that can happen is you realise that person’s not for you before you hit the six-month mark.
As for the future of Gigi and Tyler’s relationship, Sarah admits she doesn’t “Know what kind of man he is”, but, “From what I’ve seen on TV, he seems like a really lovely young man.”
