A source later told E! that after opting out of the spotlight for a few years – having suffered serious social anxiety – Rob was hanging out with Kendall and Kylie’s friends at his little sister’s bday.

The insider said: “He seemed relaxed and was trying to ease himself back into social settings. He looked really happy to be out and about with his sisters.”
