We’re starting to think that Dynasty is cursed because cast members just can’t seem to stay on the show!
So who’s leaving the hit show now? None other than the matriarch, Alexis Carrington (played by Nicollette Sheridan).
TVLine has reported that Nicollette is leaving, after being on the show for a little over a year.
In a statement to the publication, The CW and CBS Television Studios said, “Nicollette Sheridan will be leaving Dynasty in order to focus on some personal family responsibilities. She was a valuable asset to the show and we wish her continued success in the future.”
Nicollette will make her last appearance as Alexis in March, and an insider has claimed that she might be recast…
Her departure is the third major cast shakeup to come from the reboot in less than a year!
Series regular Nathalie Kelley who was our OG Cristal has left, as did James Mackay (as Steven).
