There has been so much Marvel tea spilt over the weekend following their EPIC San Diego Comic-Con panel.
One of the exciting announcements being Thor 4!
Get up to speed on all the latest Marvel news from Comic-Con in the video below.
The fourth installment in the superhero franchise will be called Thor: Love and Thunder and will mark the long-awaited return of Natalie Portman, who played Jane Foster in the first two flicks.
To make things even more exciting, keeping in line with her comic-book roots Portman will take on the role of the female God of Thunder.
We can’t wait to see how she gets her powers!
Prior to this news, Portman revealed she was done with the series following reports in 2011 that she was unhappy with the decision to remove original Thor 2 director Patty Jenkins.
Her last appearance was during old scenes cut together for Avengers: Endgame.

In other Thor new, Thor: Ragnarok director Taiki Waititi will be back in the director’s chair for the post-Avengers: Endgame flick.
Lead stars Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson will as already expected return to reprise their roles as Thor and Valkyrie.
Marvel also dropped the news that Valkyrie will be the studio’s first LGBTQ+ superhero as Asgard’s new ruler searches for a Queen to rule beside her.
“How that impacts the story remains to be seen with that level of representation you’ll see across our films, not in just Thor 4″ revealed President of Marvel Studios Kevin Feige at the SDCC panel.
YES to more queer superhero representation on the big screen!
Thor: Love and Thunder is in cinemas November 5, 2021.
