On Sunday Night’s episode of Married At First Sight, Jules Robinson and Cameron Merchant say their final vows and give the audience the pay-off we’ve ALL been waiting for.
While viewers have watched on as Jules repeatedly mentions she hopes her husband Cam will propose to her following the show – it became a reality on the set of MAFS in a gorgeous garden whereby Cam pops the question!
In a series first, the cricketer presents his girl with a giant sparkler.
“When our eyes first met, my wildest expectations were blown away…” Cam starts his epic speech.
“We created a bond so strong that nothing could break us… you’ve changed me into a man I’m so much more confident to be…” he continues.
“Fate bought us together and I can’t imagine a day in my life without you…”
“Today is about committing to you more than today…” he says before he gets down on bended knee.
A besotted Jules excitedly answers: “Of course I’ll be married to you forever!”
“Don’t be surprised if pitter patters come before a wedding!” Cam responds.
As previously reported on WHO, Cam and Jules both confirmed they’d love to re-do their wedding post-show, mainly because they’d love to invite more family and friends.
“I would love to properly, legally commit to Cam for life. We treated it as a serious marriage, but it is just a commitment ceremony. I would definitely like to have a wedding,” Jules told WHO.
Meanwhile, Cam said: “I would love to – I know how much it means to Jules. I definitely would.”
Aww – pass us the tissues!
