Lucy Hale has finally put her 2 cents in on the upcoming Pretty Little Liars spinoff, The Perfectionists.
The IRL Aria Montgomery is actually stoked for her former co-stars Janel Parrish (Mona Vanderwaal) and Sasha Pieterse (Alison DiLaurentis) and cannot wait to watch the show.
“I’m extraordinarily close to Janel [Parrish] and Sasha [Pieterse], so I’m just like, ‘Oh, good move for them,’ because they didn’t always get their moment on PLL,” the Life Sentence star told Us Weekly.
“I’m just so happy that they’re getting their own show. I have no idea what it’s about. I’m equally as curious as everyone else is to see it. I’m definitely supporting.”
The IRL Spencer Hastings, Troian Bellisario recently said that she’d be interested in directing an episode of the series.
“I know they already told me, which I would be delighted to do, ‘You can come and direct an episode,’” she shared with ET this week.
“And I was like, ‘That would be so much fun!’”
She was then asked the million dollar question: will Spencer appear in the show?
“Oh, I don’t know…” Troian said. “They have a whole new wonderful group of people working on The Perfectionists and I don’t know…if Ali and Mona are showing up in this world, I have no idea who else would show up.”
