We haven’t even slept since the first trailer was released in May for the horror clown flick based on the iconic 1986 novel by author Stephen King and welp, guess we might as well forget about sleeping altogether.
Making its debut at Comic-Con in San Diego on Wednesday the new footage gives viewers another look at Pennywise’s (Bill Skarsgard) big return.
The follow-up to the 2017 hit film will have a much older cast (Jessica Chastain, James McAvoy, Bill Hader, James Ransone, Jay Ryan, Andy Bean and Isaiah Mustafa) this time around as the Losers Club return home to the town of Derry, Maine as adults and once again come face-to-face with the menacing clown.
27 years may have passed but Pennywise is ready for revenge!
IT: Chapter 2 arrives in Australian cinemas on September 5.
