He is now officially a buffed superhero in Amazon Prime Video’s brand new TV series The Boys.

If you’ve been missing your weekly Nate Archibald fix on Gossip Girl, this new action anti-superhero series should do the trick and maybe fill the gap until Gossip Girl 2.0 arrives (Chace has already shown his interest in the upcoming HBO reboot).
This time around the 34-year-old actor is all muscled up and dressed in Aquaman-Esque attire.

Based on a comic-book series, written 12 years ago, The Boys will change the way you look at superheroes forever as it depicts the good guys abusing their powers and getting off completely scot-free no matter how many nasty mistakes they make.
Crawford plays The Deep, a member of superhero gang The Seven who particularly reflects real-life power abuse in Hollywood.
Speaking to Digital Spy, the superstar revealed: “It’s a big issue right now, and our viewers, just because we’re a superhero show doesn’t mean we can’t talk about real issues throughout that lens.”
We won’t say too much to avoid giving away any spoilers.
