Sad news for the thousands of people who bought Ed Sheeran tickets as the Brit singer has been forced to cancel part of his world tour.
Today, the "Galway Girl" singer took to Instagram to announce that shows in Taipei, Osaka, Seoul, Tokyo and Hong Kong have been cancelled and he is unsure if the rest of his tour will go ahead.
"A visit to my doctors confirmed fractures in my right wrist and left elbow that will leave me unable to perform live concerts for the immediate future. Sadly, this means that the following shows will not be able to go ahead as planned: Taipei, Osaka, Seoul, Tokyo and Hong Kong," the statement read.
"I’m waiting to see how the healing progresses before we have to decide on shows beyond that. Please stay tuned for more details."
"PS - Ed isn’t typing this as he has both arms casted/bandaged." He concludes.
The red-headed babe is set to perform 12 concert dates in Australia early next year but unfortunately he is currently unsure if he will be able to make it Down Under.
Fingers crossed for a speedy recovery!
