In the clip, we see Tessa racing for the closing elevator doors, Trevor standing inside already and looking extremely polished in a navy suit. She yells to hold the lift, and it doesn't seem like Trevor moves—leading Tessa to angrily yell, "Asswipe." Then the elevator doors open and Tessa realises he did hold it for her after all. Awkward.
At first, Tessa denies calling him an asswipe—which Trevor was honestly very chill about? "I must have imagined it," he says calmly but sorta ~knowingly~. This is the beginning of a relationship that will make Hardin incredibly jealous after all, so it makes sense Trevor has a bit of charm.
Tessa ultimately apologises and then realises they're actually coworkers at Vance Publishing. Trevor makes a joke that they're "old friends" when asked if he knows her. This looks like the beginning of a professional and totally uneventful office relationship... said no one.
After fans were extremely excited to see Dylan Sprouse join the cast of After We Collided when it was first announced. "I cannot wait to bring F*cking Trevor to life for you, and I’m excited for you all to see the finished content," Sprouse wrote at the time.
