The 2021 Met Gala is under way and your favs have shown up in droves.

The Met Gala is an annual fundraising event to raise funds for the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute in New York City.
This year, things have been a little different due to COVID, but that hasn’t stopped designers and celebs from showing up for the prestigious event.
In what has been an extremely patriotic decision, this year’s theme is “In America: A Lexicon of Fashion”. According to the museum, guests are to “explore a modern vocabulary of American fashion”.

Troye Sivan
The Australian musician rocked a form-fitting black Cartier body suit with a leather arm strap.
Maisie Williams
The Game Of Thrones star opted for an all-black Thom Browne number with gothic-style makeup.
Evan Mock
Also rocking Thom Browne, Gossip Girl actor Evan Mock wore a suit with shorts and even donned a leather helmet at one stage.
Lil Nas X
The Old Town Road singer glistened in Atelier Versace. He started with a cloak, before revealing gold armour, and ending in a bedazzled body suit.
Billie Eilish
The Met co-chair and Happier Than Ever singer rocked up to the gala without her beau, stunning in an Oscar de la Renta peach-coloured, tulle gown.
According to Vogue, the look was a homage to Old Hollywood starlets like Marilyn Monroe, while also channeling “Holiday Barbie”.
Timothée Chalamet
Fellow Met co-chair and Lady Bird star Timothée Chalamet opted for a black-and-white look, featuring Converse, Rick Owens and Haider Ackerman.
Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz
Brooklyn Beckham and fiancée Nicola Peltz both stunned in Valentino. Brooklyn chose a simple suit number while Nicola donned a hot pink gown with pale pink gloves.
Megan Thee Stallion
The Savage singer turned heads in this pale pink Coach number with plenty of tulle.
Emma Chamberlain
Popular YouTuber Emma Chamberlain donned a glistening two-piece Louis Vuitton number to this year’s Met.
Madison Beer
The Selfish singer channelled her inner mermaid with this emerald number, featuring quite an impressive train.

The He’s All That star stunned in her red Gucci by Tom Ford dress, paired with silver accessories.
Yara Shahidi
Actor and activist Yara Shahidi channelled American-French entertainer Josephine Baker with this custom strapless Christian Dior gown, with intricate beading and elbow-length gloves.

The Solar Power songstress looked as cool as ever in this two-piece fit from Bode.
Pete Davidson
A month after his reported split with Bridgerton star Phoebe Dynevor, Saturday Night Live comedian Pete Davidson made an appearance at the Met, rocking a Thom Browne black dress, coupled with a white blazer and black sunnies.
Megan Fox
The Jennifer’s Body star looked breathtaking in this plunging crimson dress from Dundas with a lace-up bodice.
Olivia Rodrigo
A day after her iconic VMAS appearance, Olivia Rodrigo made her Met Gala debut. The good 4 u singer wore a black Saint Laurent jumpsuit with feathers, paired with silver, dangling earrings.

Taika Waititi and Rita Ora
Talk about coordination! Albanian singer Rita Ora donned a sparkling two-piece Prada piece to this year’s gala, complemented by Taika’s silver necklace.

Democratic-Socialist congresswoman AOC made a statement at this yea’s Met with her Brother Vellies white gown. Plastered in red on the back were the words: “Tax The Rich.”
Justin and Hailey Bieber
The married couple matched in black for this year’s fashion event. Justin donned a dark suit with a Drew suitcase and Hailey opted for a plunging, black column gown from Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello.
Kim Kardashian
Underneath this black Balenciaga number is Kim Kardashian, who decided to go faceless this year. The outfit was made custom by Demna Gvasalia, the creative director of Balenciaga.
Kendall Jenner
Arriving without her reported boyfriend Devin Booker, Kendall glistened in a sheer, jewelled Givenchy dress.
Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello
This loved up couple certainly turned heads on the Met carpet. The Cinderella star donned a purple glitter gown with a cropped top by Michael Kors, complemented by Shawn’s all-black, no-shirt number.
Gigi Hadid
0The supermodel and mum-of-one opted for a black-and-white sleeveless gown by Prada. The look was coupled with black opera gloves and fiery red hair.
Cara Delevingne
AOC wasn’t the only attendee to make a statement, Cara Delevingne also sent a message with her custom Christin Dior white and red ensemble featuring the words “Peg The Patriarchy”.
