Last Friday, L.A. based photographer Michael Miller filed a lawsuit against the reality stars as he claims that he didn’t give permission for them to use his photos of Tupac Shakur on their tees

Yesterday, the Kendall + Kylie brand released a statement in response to these allegations.

“The allegations made are completely false and the lawsuit is baseless,” the statement said, according to the Associated Press. “There has been no infringement or violation of anyone’s rights.”

No violation?

NO violation!?

The statement also claims that the lawsuit is invalid as the distribution company had a valid license to sell them.

They went on to claim that the charges should be dropped as only two shirts featuring the late rapper’s image sold (at $125 each, mind you) before they were taken off shelves.

Ya hear that?

They literally only sold two of those abhorrent tees.

Fans of the Jenner’s were not too pleased about their response as peeps believe that even if there was no “infringement”, it was still “disrespectful” on the girls’ part.
