It’s been a month since elated models like Shanina Shaik, Duckie Thot and Georgia Fowler took to Instagram to announce they’ll be walking in the 2018 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, but we couldn’t help but notice that VS alum Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner were missing from the social media celebrations.
While we’ve been desperately trying to figure out if KenGi will don a pair of wings and strut their stuff in New York this year, designer Brian Atwood spilled the beans and all but confirmed their appearance.
Atwood, who’s believed to be designing the shoes for the show this year, made the slightly awkward mistake of dedicating a congratulatory post to Jenner and Hadid before the models announced the news themselves.
Congratulating Hadid, Atwood wrote, “Less than 1 month away!!!! Let’s do this @gigihadid @victoriassecret. Can’t wait to show you what we have done for the show!!!!”
While we’re still yet to hear from KenGi as to whether they’ll be walking in Victoria’s Secret, we’ll take this little mishap as the confirmation we’ve been looking for.
