When it comes to street style, no one in the biz nails it like Hailey Bieber. Whether it be ducking down to the shops, posing on a red carpet or heading out for dinner, it seems the model can’t put a foot wrong in the fashion department.
WATCH Makeup with the Biebers
Over the years, Hailey’s style has become synonymous with sleek, feminine silhouettes, oversized clutches, strappy heels and of course, her signature oversized tailored blazers. Even down to the finest jewellery and accessories, the 25-year-old’s ensembles are curated perfection from head to toe.
But despite finding a uniform that works for her, Hailey still experiments with off-beat looks that have us all thinking “why didn’t I think of that?!”
It’s easy to see why Hailey’s style has become mimicked by girls all over the globe, with her favourite pieces instantly becoming sell-outs for major fashion houses like Bottega Veneta and Alexander Wang.
To celebrate Hailey’s consequential contribution to the way young women dress, we’ve rounded up her most fabulous looks.
Chic slouchy suit
If there’s one thing we’ve gleaned from Hailey over the years, is that girl can rock a suit. She looked effortlessly fashion-forward in this wore a pastel yellow, oversized blazer and matching trousers by Polish designer Magda Butrym. She made the baggy silhouette more feminine by layering a knit bralette. For extra edge, she added leather high-top Jordans.
Cut out beige dress
One of Hailey’s most talked-about ensembles to date was this LaQuan Smith dress she wore to visit French president Emmanuel Macron and his wife Brigitte Macron at the Élysée Palace office in June this year. Put together by celebrated stylist Maeve Reilly, Hailey offset the structured midi with a pair of $189 strappy Femme LA heels, and Linda Farrow x The Attico tortoiseshell sunglasses.
Pretty in purple
For a shopping trip in Paris with her husband Justin Bieber earlier this year, Hailey look girlie yet chic in this lilac mini skirt by The Attico and a matching knitted tank by Raf Simons. Of course, Hailey’s trusty beloved Bottega Veneta Pouch bag finished off the ensemble.
Gym tights and an oversised hoodie
Even when running errands, Hailey manages to look like she’s just stepped off an Off White or Yeezy runway. While grabbing a green juice in downtown LA in April, the model donned a red Free People Movement fleece with high-waisted black tights, a black beanie and white sneakers.
Tailored blazer and trousers
We’ve lost count of how many fabulous blazers Hailey has rocked over the years, but this one is a stand-out. Reverting back to old faithful deisgner Magda Butrym, Hailey donned this shoulder padded blazer that cinched in around her waist, highlighting her amazing figure. She kept her shoes in-keeping with the ’80s-themed look with a pair of Amina Muaddi satin blue heels, and split-ankle trousers by Musier Paris. And of course, her favourite oversized Bottega Veneta clutch is always by her side.
Black leather midi
This dress, worn in New York City following Justin’s Saturday Night Live performance, was a show-stopper in itself. And even in a mask, Hailey looked like she was partaking in an impromptu urban photoshoot on the streets of NYC. The dress, by Magda Butrym, was paired with a pair of strappy black heels and a zebra print Bottega Veneta clutch.
Mustard leather pantsuit
Hailey deviated from her usual structured blazer, oversized clutch and strappy heels combo to experiment with this yellow pantsuit by Copenhagen-based label Stand Studio. To really embrace the mustard tones during her outing in Paris, the model added a fluffy – yet still on-trend – bucket hat. She finished off the look with a pair of crisp white Nike sneakers.
Oversized coat and sweats
Hailey took her signature oversized coat for a spin in downtown LA late last year, and I’m almost certain we can thank her for putting blazers with sweatpants on the fashion map. She offset the slouchy leisurewear and sneakers with sharp cat-eye sunglasses.
