He’s everyone’s favourite French-speaking peach and chocolate enthusiast, statistics and ‘yeet skrt’ rapper with perfect bone structure. Oh yeah, and he is an Oscar-nominated actor.
Obviously, we’re talking about Timothée Chalamet.
The 25-year-old has been capturing hearts since his breakout roles in Luca Guadagnino’s Call Me by Your Name and Greta Gerwig’s Lady Bird.
But just who has been capturing his heart? Unfortunately, not us… yet.

Timothée has quickly become beloved around the globe for his down-to-earth nature (and self-confessed awkwardness) off-screen, contrasted with his off-the-charts charisma on-screen. It’s the duality for us.
Let’s not forget the chokehold the actor had on our TikTok fyps when a slomo video of him dancing in CMBYN was circulating to Melanie Martinez’s Play Date. A moment in time.
With many fans curious as to whether or not he’s single (insert Y/N fantasy right here), we’ve done some investigating to find out what’s going on with Timmy’s love life currently, as well as who the actor has dated in the past.
Lourdes Leon
When he was 17, Timothée dated fashion model Lourdes Leon (AKA: Madonna’s daughter). The pair reportedly met in LaGuardia High School in NYC.
Earlier this year, Lourdes confirmed that she and Timmy briefly dated, telling Vanity Fair that she still “respect(s)” him a lot.
“We were a little item. My first boyfriend,” Lourdes told the publication.
Timothée hasn’t said much publicly about the relationship, apart from telling Andy Cohen that Lourdes was keen to see CMBYN back in 2017.
“She hasn’t seen it yet, but she’s excited to,” he told Andy Cohen. “She teases me about the public appearances,” the actor added.
Lily Rose Depp
Perhaps Timothée’s most publicised relationship was his time with fellow actor Lily Rose Depp (AKA: Johnny Depp’s daughter).
Rumours that the pair were romantically involved started swirling in 2018 soon after they worked together on Netflix’s The King.
A source told Us Weekly at the time that the pair “were pretty playful and flirty”.
And we all remember a year later in 2019 when they enjoyed *that* kiss on a boat in Capri. We’re just saying, Hendall did it first.
Despite staying tight-lipped about the relationship, Timmy did address the boat photos in an interview with GQ, sating that he felt “embarrassed”.
“I went to bed that night thinking that was one of the best days of my life,” he told the publication.
“I was on this boat all day with someone I really loved, and closing my eyes, I was like, indisputably, ‘That was great.’ And then waking up to all these pictures, and feeling embarrassed, and looking like a real nob? All pale? And then people are like: This is a P.R. stunt. A P.R. stunt?! Do you think I’d want to look like that in front of all of you?!”
After dating for over a year, it is unsure when these two officially split, but in the May 2020 issue of British Vogue, Timmy’s relationship status was described as “newly single”.
Since it was announced that Timothée has been cast as Willy Wonka in the new origin tale Wonka, many fans have been speculating as to what Lily thinks of her ex reprising her dad’s old role.
Eiza González
In June 2020, the internet was abuzz when photos of Timmy kissing actress and singer Eiza González emerged via the Daily Mail.
The pair were spotted locking lips in Cabo San Lucas, and then again days later in a hotel pool.
Though, apparently their time together was short lived, as a source told E! News that they were only romantically involved during the Cabo trip.
So, who is Timmy currently dating?
Well, as much as Greta Gerwig may love for the 25-year-old to strike up a romance with his Lady Bird and Little Women co-star Saoirse Ronan; or Dune fans would love to see Zendaya and Timmy become an off-screen power couple (though, Z’s rumoured beau Tom Holland may disagree), it seems as though Timmy is single for now.
The actor prefers to keep his romantic partners under wraps and hasn’t said much at all publicly about his love life.
When he was asked in 2018 about his first-ever date in an interview with W magazine, the acclaimed actor kept things vague.
“I don’t know. Date is very much a scary word, because then that context has been established,” he said.
It’s clear the 25-year-old likes to keep his cards close to his chest when it comes to his love life, which we respect.
