The Kissing Booth 2 star Joey King just turned 21 and celebrated it in style.
Earlier today, the Netflix star shared a post on Instagram of her sitting in her marble coated bathtub, dressed with a prom crown and sachet, holding a rainbow bottle of wine and surrounded in streamers and shiny balloons.
“21 never looked so good… I knew I’d age well,” wrote the Ramona and Beezus star, before revealing an extra photo of her as… an old man? We’re not quite sure why, but King followed up her cute party pics with a mirror selfie featuring her in a bald cap, faux freckles and wrinkles and grey facial hair, in a grey hoodie… it’s all quite a lot.
To celebrate, her The Kissing Booth co-star and on-screen bestie Joel Courtney shared a video of the two of them from behind the scenes, from a goofy low angle which, in King’s words, made them “look like a thumb.”
“Happy birthday to this thumb,” Courtney wrote. “Honestly way too many memories to pick a favourite, but this was our last night in South Africa and one of the longest nights which I’m really thankful for.”
“I didn’t want this day to end. Aaaaanyway[,] happy birthday Joey King. May you always find your worst angles.”
In another post, King shared a bit of a thirst trap. Standing in front of a gorgeous beach, she wore a cute matching tropical fruit on blue bikini fit, with a belted bikini bottom, pink scrunchie bracelet and her lil tiara from the night beforehand.
Happy birthday, Joey! Don’t party too hard. Earlier this week, The Kissing Booth 2 star, who says she’s team Marco, shut down a bunch of Twitter haters with a whole-ass Valentino photoshoot. And, in news that gave me a much needed serotonin hit, we recently found out not only are we officially getting a sequel but it’s already been filmed!
