Demi Lovato just shared a super cute romantic getaway weekend with her quarantine boyfriend and “love of her life” Max Ehrich, fuelling rumours the two are in talks to get engaged!
The former Disney star has spent this Covid-19 quarantine period getting to know her new boyfriend, High School Musical 3 actor Max Ehrich. The couple first started dating in March and officially confirmed their self-iso relationship in the music video to Ariana Grande’s and Justin Bieber’s “Stuck With U”.
This weekend, the dreamy pair went on “an amazing weekend in the magical desert of Joshua Tree [National Park]”, and potentially became our favourite couple to come out of 2020? Yesterday, Lovato shared a bunch of super adorable photos of the two of them canoodling to a sunset-kissed view.
“Had an amazing weekend in the magical desert of Joshua Tree with my love Max Ehrich ❤️,” Lovato wrote in her Instagram post. “I went to work on a project but it was so nice to get away for a couple days.”
“Thank you for making me so happy my dear. I love going on adventures with you.”
Enrich replied, “I love you to the farthest galaxy and back again 💘 what a weekend 🌹🥰,” before sharing the post himself with the caption, “magical weekend in Joshua Tree with the love of my life, Demi Lovato.”
According to US Weekly, the couple are currently in talks to get engaged. An insider told the outlet that, allegedly, Enrich has already bought a sizeable ring for the “Sorry Not Sorry” singer.
“Her family really likes him,” the source told US Weekly. “He’ll likely propose within the next couple of months, but when quarantine is over.”
“Demi has been aware and in on the fact that Max wants to propose and is so excited. They are really excited about their relationship and enjoying living together during quarantine and seeing where things go.”
While the two have only officially been dating earlier this year, Ehrich has allegedly had a crush on Lovato for a while. In 2011, the Under The Dome star wrote, “All I wanted for Christmas was Demi Lovato… #cantalwaysgetwhatyouwant.”
